Womens Health CenterWomen’s Health Center of Southern Oregon (WHCSO), a private practice currently owned by five physicians, has been providing specialty gynecologic and obstetric services in the Rogue Valley for 25 years. Because of their reputation for excellent, individualized care and outstanding service, women from all over southern Oregon and northern California have traveled to their office in Grants Pass.

On January 9, 2023, WHCSO began offering gynecologic services at their new location in Ashland at 595 North Main Street, Suite1.
This location offers treatment of acute and chronic gynecologic issues, women’s health preventive care, gender affirming and LGBTQA+ care, family planning including contraception and sterilization, hormone optimization, treatment of urinary incontinence, and other pelvic concerns.
Additionally, the WHCSO physician group is credentialed to perform surgery at Asante Ashland Community Hospital.

The Ashland office is currently staffed by board certified OB/GYN, Thomas Eagan, D.O. and Lauren Packard, PA-C. Dr. Eagan has worked at WHCSO since 2012 and plans to split his time between Grants Pass and Ashland.

Lauren works full time in Ashland. Additional WHCSO physicians may also plan to spend time caring for patients at the Ashland office.

“We want to meet the needs of the women in Ashland and surrounding communities and plan to expand our provider group in Ashland as needed,” said Executive Director Lisa Redfern. “We are thrilled to be serving this community, and Dr. Eagan and Lauren Packard are the perfect providers to start up this new clinic. Not only are they caring, compassionate, and personable, but they truly embody the values of WHCSO and our mission to help each woman achieve her best self.”
