As a trained dental hygienist, Matt Tripp was doing mobile dental cleanings in the adult foster care community eight years ago when he saw a need for affordable dentures among the fixed income population.

When it comes to dentists, the newest addition to Grants Pass is Dr. Brenden Scott, DMD, who recently took ownership of Anderson Dental, located at 570 NE E Street.

Not content to offer its happy customers three locations south of the bridge, Casablanca Coffee and Grill recently opened a store downtown at 412 NW 6^th Street (corner of 6^th and D).

“A” Street Dental (828 NE A Street) hosted a going-away party last month for two long-time colleagues of over 45 years. Gerd Taylor, hygienist, and Betty Lampert, clinical administrator, retired and moved onto other pursuits. In a going-away statement, the office wrote: “Gerd, we wish you well in your continued travels. And Betty, no one will ever answer the phone with a smile quite like you do. You will both be greatly missed not only by us but by all our patients who have become your family over the years. Thanks for the memories.”
